Before any project begins, we engage through a Design Agreement — a focused, on-site discovery process where we learn exactly what success looks like for your property. We produce a detailed, line-item estimate with no hidden costs and no low-ball numbers.
The Design Agreement costs $3,500 and is fully credited against your project when you proceed.
